Abs to Zen Body Sculpt (Phase 3 of 3) with Natalie Jill

This Workout is Abs to Zen's Intermediate Body Sculpt with professional trainer Natalie Jill. This is Phase 3 of the body sculpt workout program which has some of the same exercises as phase 1 & 2, but also includes several additional circuits. If too challenging, begin with phase 1 or 2. This is Phase 3, the most intense workout out of this series and the last phase of the body sculpt workout program. This workout program starts off with a Dynamic Warm-up, then goes into Lower Body exercises working the legs & butt. Next are exercises for the Core & Upper Abs, then the Core & Lower Abs. I Have Finally Cracked The Code To Getting the Flat Stomach I Always Wanted!
